Attorney Rex Townsley is a life long resident of Southwest Louisiana, a graduate of McNeese State University and LSU Law School. He is married and has six children and seven grandchildren. He has gained a deep appreciation and understanding of the hopes and needs of the working class family and his neighbors in Lake Charles and the surrounding communities.

Rex represents clients in claims of serious injury and death. He has handled a variety of automobile, industrial, and offshore cases. For more than 25 years, Rex has diligently fought for the rights of his clients.

Rex graduated from McNeese State University and received his law degree from Louisiana State University Law School. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana, and federal courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar, Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Rex has been appointed as an assistant bar examiner by the Louisiana Supreme Court, and has served as a hearing committee chair for the Louisiana Disciplinary Board.
