Damon is a member of the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar, Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is a member of the Calcasieu Parish Crime Stoppers Board, and is the secretary of the Young Lawyers section of the Southwest Louisiana Bar Association. Damon Beard is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana. |
Attorney Damon Beard was born and raised in Southwest Louisiana, and graduated from Sam Houston High School. He is married and has one child. He has also received a microbiology/pre-med degree from LSU, and his law degree from Southern Law School. His prior work experience in the medical community has proven valuable in Damon's ability to manage complex personal injury and malpractice cases.
